Height adjustment
I originally had my lathe mounted on the legs and was getting constant neck and shoulder pain . These added just the right height to eliminate any slouching and now I can turn without the need of Advil.

I do not need these at the moment but for the price I felt I needed to have it just in case I mount the lathe to a bench.
