The O'Donnell Jaws 3 in 1 package comprises a 50mm (2") O’Donnell Dovetail jaws along with both 38mm (1 1/2") and 25mm (1") O’Donnell inserts. The inserts fit inside the 50mm jaws, each secured with a cap head screw, making fitting and changing simple. The set gives you all three sizes, 25mm, 38mm or 50mm, by simply undoing the screws and sliding the inserts in or out. Supplied as a complete set of three jaw sizes with four hex cap head screws and a hex wrench. The jaws and inserts are available separately, but there is a price advantage if you buy them all together. Axminster 50mm O’Donnell Jaws are designed to give access around the jaws for close-in tool work. With a deep recess for holding long spigots and giving rock solid mounting when turning a long way from the headstock without tailstock support. The jaws are also dovetailed both inside and outside on the lip. Nominal external dovetail grip is 50mm. Drilled and threaded to accept additional jaw inserts to convert to smaller jaw diameters. Suitable for SK100 (4") and SK114 (4 1/2") chucks only. Made from stainless steel to protect against corrosion.

Jaws
Haven't used them yet but seem to be machined as well as the chuck. Can't wait to get them on the lathe.

O'Donnell jaws
These chuck jaws are nicely made from quality material. Why only 4 stars then? The dovetail is not very deep. It holds satisfactorily on expansion but less well on a compression hold. Other makes of jaws are better. They do hold the work away from the chuck so that it is possible to work on the back surface without repositioning.

O’Donnell set
Quality all the way. I had to clean out screw holes as well but came out easily once I figured out the problem. These jaws are great tools and would recommend to anyone needing a chuck and especially one that allows you to close the bowl.

O’Donnell dovetail jaws
I have had nothing but praise for the Axminster tools that I have received. Great quality and attention to detail. This is the only time they have given me cause to complain a bit. The threaded holes in the O’Donnell jaws that I received were not properly cleaned which left me removing the debris from the threads before they could be attached to the chuck. Not an overwhelm problem and once cleaned all was well. This gear is a tad expensive so those slip ups are unwelcome. I still enjoy the products and will order more in the future in spite of my fussy complaint.

O'Donnell Dovetail Set
After a long wait for this item to be restocked I have to say that it's true, "Good things come to those who wait" No more trying to get almost there turning small objects on large jaws only to blow the project or nailing the tool to the chuck. The people at Axminster know their business. Already looking at my next purchase at jaws designed for a specific task. Axminster just might make a turner out of me yet! Greetings Steve

Axminster O'Donnell 3in1 Jaw set
I love this set. It very economically includes 3 sizes of chuck jaws for the price of 2. The O'Donnell jaws separate the turner from the perceived danger of the chuck mechanism and allows easier access to the headstock end of the piece being turned. Really a fine product!
